Second Annual Fire to Water Run
Sunday - April 15, 2007

This picturesque drive over fun and winding roads took us through the Valley of Fire, along the eastern edge of Lake Meade, and concluded with a great lunch at Lake Las Vegas. We started the morning at the I-15 Motor Speedway exit 54 gas station at 8:00 AM and handed out radios. We traveled north up I-15 under overcast skies to the Valley of Fire National Park and stopped a few times for photos along the way. Then we headed south along the eastern edge of Lake Meade as the sun appeared and ended the day with an outstanding lunch at MonteLago Village's Luna Rossa Italian Restaurant.
